This Is Me Training offers Specialist Careers Information, Advice & Guidance to people with disabilities, disadvantages and barriers to a fulfilled life.

We help you enhance your lives through our training and your employment.

Everything we do here is based on our belief that learning and working leads to emotional, social, financial and economical rewards for each of us; individually and as a community.

With our engaging and ‘you-at-the-centre’ approach, we’ll help you take ownership of the life you want and provide support to plan your own growth and self-development via training, work experience, employment or even self-employment.

We won’t do it for you. We’ll do it with you. The founding principle of This Is Me: If you are able to be all you can be, why wouldn’t you?

Everyone can do ‘something’ to find fulfilment regardless of disabilities or disadvantages once personal and external barriers have been overcome – which we’ll support you with. Together we will discover what you want to do, combine it with what you can do and help create a realistic vision for the future that you can start getting excited about!

Our specialist employment support programmes are always focussed around you and wholly guided by our expertise. At the end of our training programmes we want you to be able to proudly say ‘This Is Me’.
